Specialist Disability Support Workers
Our workers come from a varied background and experience. Therefore our participants feel safe, supported and understood.
They receive ongoing training and support to ensure that they can support participants.
Positive Behaviour Support Planning
Participants who use our services generally have complex needs associated with mental health or a dual disability, intellectual disability, cognitive disability, neurodevelopmental disability, or psycho-social disability.
We support participants who are at risk of becoming involved or are involved with the Criminal Justice System due to their risky behaviours. We assist Criminal Justice and health services to support safe community reintegration.
Specialist Care Coordination
Our care coordinators have experience in safe community participation and reintegration.
Therefore they have in-depth knowledge of local service providers. We support you to find affordable and reliable service providers that will help you flourish.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Our SDA department know how to find and build the right accommodation for people who require specialist housing solutions not readily available in the traditional Australian rental market.
In addition, we can provide the right staff to ensure that participants living in the community successful.
